This is the area we covered today. I had the GPS on from when I left The
Woodlands until I got home but we actually started the ride at 290/Cypresswood
and ended at 1488/Honea - Egypt. My total mileage was 159; moving time of 3:18;
stationary time of 0:53; moving average speed was 47.8 mph; max speed was...
well, let's just say we were moving right along.
We had American, British, German, Italian and Japanese bikes. This included
Harley-Davidson, Triumph, BMW, Honda, Kawasaki, Moto Guzzi, Suzuki and Yamaha.
There were 12 of us (The Dirty Dozen) to start, 11 made it to King's; 6 of us
ate and finished the ride.
I'd like to tell you who is who, but I'm terrible with names.
Roger on the copper SV1000, Pat on the blue SV, Brian on the Concours, Todd
on the blue FJR1300, Mike on the Super Hawk, Mohan(?) on the silver FJR1300,
Greg on the CBR600, Eric on the R1100 GS, OilGuy on the VFR, Stone Triple on the
Moto Guzzi, Chris on the Triumph Bonneville, Robert on the HD.

Lots of other riders were out today
There was a couple on a Harley at King's who carried their dog in the top box behind them. It was great to see and I wanted to take a photo but the camera had gotten hot in the tank bag and the battery wouldn't power it up. They even had "doggles" for the dog to wear.
There are a few more photos that Greg (Turbine50) took here.
