We helped identify
10,081 kids
With the help of Thorn’s tools, law enforcement and investigators have been able to identify child sex trafficking victims and rescue children from situations where their sexual abuse was recorded and distributed. Making platforms safer
You’ve heard us talk about finding victims faster. In 2018 we launched a new product that will help us eliminate child sexual abuse material from the internet. Safer is a complete pipeline to identify, remove, and report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) from your platform quickly. It’s simple, cost-effective, and easy to integrate so you can focus on building your platform to be whatever you dreamed it could be.

We are already seeing results and we can’t wait to share them with you.
Issue
Over 44 million images and videos of suspected child sexual abuse were reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited children in 2018.

We gained insights
Survivor insights are critical to making an impact.
Behind the data, are people, complicated experiences, and moments that are difficult to qualify. Survivor insights keep our work grounded in the complexity of real experiences. This collaboration allows for the best interventions to be developed to defend children from sexual abuse. That’s why we elevated the voices of 260 sex trafficking survivors in 2018.
